What Support do you need?
We support care business to investigate and respond to complaints, incident and safeguarding investigation. We provide different packages to support care business to ensure they comply with the CQC relating to responding to complaints and incident investigation. This will give your registered manager time to continue with day to day management of the service whilst we handle all complaints and incident investigation.

Complaints:
- Acknowledging complaint within 2 days
- Investigating complaint
- Responding to the complaint within an agreed timeframe depending with the complexity of the complaint.
- Debrief staff on lesson learnt from the complaint and areas of improvement which need to be made.
